Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Once we receive the product and verify its eligibility for return, we will process your refund.
We will issue a refund for the price of the product, minus any shipping charges, once we receive and verify the product’s eligibility for return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
Some products are not eligible for return or refund. These include:
Products that have been tampered with or damaged by the customer.
Products that have been used or are not in their original packaging.
